Returns
To make a return please email what items from your order you would like to return along with your order number. The order number will start with #
Unsuitable items must be returned in their original condition, unworn with tags on, within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that the 14 days begins from the day it is delivered to the address stated or delivered to store for collection.
Faulty Goods
If you receive faulty goods you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund. You must have your receipt and it must be within 6 months. The item will be checked over by staff before any decision being made. Please email support@tigerlilyboutique.co.uk and we will organise a free return label for an exchange or refund.
